Four snowmen - Rupert, Fred, Mary and Juliet - are the protagonists of a series of humorous comic strips about life at the gym over the Christmas period. With not entirely orthodox uses of the equipment, shortcuts and brilliant stratagems, Rupert e Mary, two sporadic gym clients, will try to hold their own respectively to Fred e Juliet, two fitness lovers.

By proposing common situations, these fun characters remind us with a smile that, after the holidays and all the satisfying feasts, going back to some workout would do good to us.
